This is the Cable Guy G-Shock, a DW-6600B, which is released in Germany (ltd 750) to support the video of "The Cable guy" starring Jim Carrey probably in 1997. Jim Carrey wears a G-Shock in the movie too, though it is not a DW-6600B, but a special version of the DW-002J (with red buttons.
