Rush is
a street wear brand from Lodz, Poland. It is founded by skateboarder
Rafal Lejman. He has studied Fine Arts at the School of Visual Arts. His
art seems often inspired by tattoo art.
In September 2010 a concept of this Rush x G-Shock collaboration model
was shown at the Warsaw's leg of Shock The World. It took until February
2012 before it was announced. It could be pre-ordered on-line. Only 100
pieces were made. The person who glued the box together must have been
glad there had to be more. The official expected release was March 30,
2012, but as the companies motto: "No Need To Rush", the actual release
was about 14 days later.
